Refunds & Returns Policy

We take great pride in ensuring your items are packed with the same care and love in which they are made. Should you have any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible. Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of receipt.

We hope you will love our products, but you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contact with us or 14 days of receipt of the order.  We will ask you to safely return the goods in unused, saleable condition and we will then make a refund to you. We cannot refund if the goods are part-used or damaged. You will be responsible for the cost of post and packaging unless we state otherwise.
